Application

Our international guests should directly apply to “Private Insurances Unit” located at Block-B on first floor to be an out patient. In this unit, they will be  assisted by our English, German and Russian   speaking and experienced staff  for their medical care on each step. Our hospital is an"Eurucenter" and has direct aggreement with International SOS and REMED assistance companies. Holders of all other valid international private insurance policies are also wellcomed to get our quality medical care. Our specially trained staff is resposible to start and proceed with the administrative procedure.

In case of emergencies, patients should apply to “Emergency Department” again at Block-B on the ground floor of the hospital where they will   immediately get medical care by our faculty members that mostly speaking English and/or German

All private insurances administrative procedure and  paperwork  is under the resposibility of our Private Insurances Unit  and for further assistance you   should contact Burak ALAGÖK, the coordinator of Private Insurances Unit,  at 227 43 43 / ext. 66270 on weekdays between 08:30 and 18:00 hours.
